We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Admin cum Procurement Officer to join our Execution Department in Elematic, India. This is a project-based position, and the selected candidate should be open to relocating based on project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative functions at the project site.
- Coordinate and manage procurement activities including sourcing, vendor management, and material delivery.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and construction project timelines.
- Maintain accurate documentation and inventory tracking.
Candidate Requirements:
- Prior experience in the construction industry is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of procurement practices, documentation, and vendor coordination.
- Ability to adapt to different project locations across India.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
