Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Associate to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring smooth functioning of office activities, and assisting in maintaining a productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory records
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance
- Handle documentation, filing, and record-keeping tasks
- Assist HR and Accounts departments with basic admin support
- Schedule meetings and manage internal calendars
- Monitor cleanliness and upkeep of the office premises
- Support travel and logistics arrangements for staff
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other administrative communication
- Maintain employee attendance records and assist with onboarding formalities
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in an administrative or office support role
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred
Working Days:
5 Days a Week (Mon–Fri)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
