Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our daily office operations, With strong knowledge of MS Office and good communication skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing day-to-day office tasks and administrative work
- Handle data entry, documentation, and filing
- Coordinate with team members for scheduling and follow-ups
- Draft and respond to emails and phone calls professionally
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure smooth office functioning
- Support in organizing internal meetings and other office activities
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager
