Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive with strong knowledge of TDS, GST, and day-to-day accounting. The ideal candidate will handle routine accounting functions, ensure statutory compliance, and support the finance team in maintaining accurate books of accounts.
The Responsibilities of the Candidate Will Entail:
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchase, expenses, receipts, payments, etc.) in accounting software.
- Prepare and verify GST workings, file GST returns, and ensure compliance with GST provisions.
- Handle TDS calculation, deduction, deposit, and filing of TDS returns.
- Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and inter-company reconciliations.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
- Support statutory audits, internal audits, and respond to queries raised by auditors.
- Maintain proper documentation and records as per company policies and statutory requirements.
- Stay updated with changes in GST, TDS, and other applicable accounting standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
