Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting records for real estate projects.
- Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers.
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts on a regular basis.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely collections and payments.
- Assist in preparing financial statements, GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
- Coordinate with project teams for expense tracking and cost management.
- Support audits by providing required documents and clarifications to auditors.
- Monitor and report project cash flows, revenue, and expense reports.
- Maintain proper documentation for agreements, contracts, and financial transactions.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
