Job Title: Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall branch accounts and ensure accurate and timely entries.
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliation.
- Record and reconcile receipt entries from clients and customers.
- Coordinate with HO (Head Office) accounts for monthly closing and reporting.
- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, receipts, and other accounting records.
- Support budgeting and expense tracking for the branch.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
