Accounts Executive

Autoprint is India’s leading manufactures and exporters of Offset Printing, UV Coating, Die Cutting, Blanking Variable Data Printing & Carton Inspection- oriented capital equipment.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles and experience in day-to-day accounting functions. This role is perfect for someone looking to grow their career in accounting and finance within a dynamic and supportive environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounting records and ensure accurate data entry
  
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts
  
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding billing and payments
  
• Supporting of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns
  
• Manage accounts payable and receivable

Requirements

• B.Com degree from a recognized university
  
• Up to 1 year of relevant experience in accounting or finance, including fresh graduates
  
• Working knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar)
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools
  
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  
• Good communication and organizational skills
  
• preferred male candidates.
