Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to manage the day-to-day financial activities of our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recording transactions, maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and supporting overall financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record and maintain all business transactions, including sales, purchases, payments, receipts, and purchase orders.
- Update and reconcile bank accounts by posting daily transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of vouchers, invoices, payments, and files in an organized manner.
- Enter financial data such as accruals, deferrals, reclassifications, and interdepartmental entries into the ledger on a monthly basis.
- Generate invoices and challans using the company’s accounting software.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly financial reports.
- Assist in finalizing accounts, audits, and maintaining ledgers.
- Manage fixed asset accounting and other related accounting activities.
- Record and update stock on a weekly basis.
- Handle accounts payable, reconciliations, and intercompany billing.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
