We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Back Office Executive (Accounts) with 1–2 years of experience in accounting. The candidate should have a strong understanding of basic accounting principles and hands-on knowledge of Tally ERP.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally.
- Assist in preparation of vouchers, invoices, and bills.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Support in preparation of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documents.
- Maintain proper records of expenses, receipts, and financial transactions.
- Assist in bank reconciliation and cash handling.
- Coordinate with the Head Office, Site Office, Factory & auditors and provide necessary documentation.
- Generate reports and assist the senior accounts team as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
- B.Com graduate (M.Com or additional certification in accounts will be an added advantage).
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel.
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Strong numerical ability, attention to detail, and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Immediate joiner preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
