JOB DESCRIPTION
Accounts & Administrative Associate
Location: Sitaram Jindal Foundation (SJF – TRUST), Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounting & Finance
- Manage daily accounting tasks including data entry, voucher preparation, and ledger maintenance.
- Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions in compliance with accounting standards.
2. Scholarship & Donation Support
- Process scholarship applications and maintain donation records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to verify documents.
- Prepare reports and presentations related to scholarship and donation activities.
3. Administrative Support
- Provide assistance in other Trust activities as required.
- Ensure proper filing and record-keeping of accounts and Trust-related work.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent (preference for accounting specialization).
- 1–3 years of experience in accounts or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Excel, or similar).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and take on responsibilities beyond core accounts work.
