Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction. Team Leadership: Managing and mentoring a team of account managers or executives, delegating tasks, and monitoring performance. Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve client goals and objectives, including marketing and communication strategies. Project Management: Overseeing the execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Financial Management: Managing client budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring financial reporting accuracy. Performance Monitoring: Tracking and reporting on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement, and optimizing strategies. Communication: Effectively communicating with clients, team members, and other stakeholders. Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving issues that may arise with client accounts, escalating as needed. Business Development: Identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the growth of client accounts. Staying Updated: Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide clients with the most effective strategies.
