We are hiring Accounts Executive - Automobile Dealership.
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including sales, purchases, expenses, and bank transactions.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances and returns.
- Monitor accounts receivable/payable and ensure timely reconciliation.
- Assist in monthly/quarterly/yearly closing and financial reporting.
- Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
- Manage dealership-specific accounting processes such as vehicle invoicing, inventory tracking, and service billing.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- 4–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the automobile dealership industry.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and dealership DMS systems.
- Location: Kalina
- Previous experience in an automobile dealership or similar retail environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
