Key Responsibilities:
- Record day-to-day financial transactions in Tally Prime
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of books of accounts
- Handle GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) and ensure timely compliance
- Manage TDS deductions, payments, and returns (Form 26Q, 27Q, etc.)
- Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts
- Support in invoice generation and expense tracking
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Assist in internal audits and statutory compliance
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and auditors as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
- 1-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate setting
- Proficient in Tally Prime
- Good knowledge of GST and TDS rules and regulations
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
