Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and maintain accurate financial records and accounts.
2. Prepare and review financial statements, invoices, and reports.
3. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
4. Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
2. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks).
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
2. Experience with financial reporting and analysis.
