Primary Responsibilities:
1. Accounting Entries
- Record and post daily transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments) into the accounting system.
- Maintain accurate general ledger, journals, and trial balances.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.
2. GST and TDS Filings
- Prepare, compute, and assist with timely filing of GST and TDS returns to ensure statutory compliance.
- Maintain documentation required for tax filings and coordinate with auditors or consultants as needed.
Additional Responsibilities (as applicable):
- Process accounts payable and receivable; track vendor payments and client receipts.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting (e.g., financial statements, P&L, balance sheets).
- Support audit preparation by organizing necessary financial documentation.
- Work with budget planning and MIS/reporting tasks for internal stakeholders.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in general accounting and compliance in a corporate setup.
- Proficiency in accounting software (preferably Zoho Books, Tally ERP) and MS Excel.
- Solid understanding of GST and TDS compliance, including return filing and statutory procedures.
- Strong accuracy, analytical skills, and ability to meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
