Job Title: Account Executive

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts, maintaining financial records, and leveraging their proficiency in Tally to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize Tally software to accurately record financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and maintain financial documents such as invoices, bills, and bank statements.
- Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy in financial reports.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management review.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial data and analysis as needed.
- Stay updated on accounting principles and Tally software updates to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Provide support during audits by preparing documentation and facilitating the audit process.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the implementation of best practices.
- Handle ad-hoc financial tasks and projects as assigned by the management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role.
- Proficiency in Tally software is essential.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
