Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily financial transactions including data entry and bookkeeping
- Assist with invoice processing, bill payments, and expense management
- Prepare and maintain ledgers, accounts, and bank reconciliations
- Support in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Help with tax filing, GST returns, and TDS compliance
- Assist in internal and external audits
- Manage petty cash and staff reimbursement records
- Coordinate with vendors and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records
- Assist senior accountants as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- Proficient in MS Excel, Tally, or other accounting software
- Good understanding of accounting principles and GST/TDS regulations
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under deadlines
