About the Opportunity:
This is a structured learning opportunity for freshers looking to build a career in career advising, academic counseling, or EdTech sales. At the end of the internship, outstanding performers may be considered for full-time roles within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with students and parents to introduce our educational services.
- Support in lead generation and client follow-ups via calls and messaging.
- Assist with scheduling online counseling programs and webinars.
- Maintain lead records and communication details in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team on basic outreach and marketing tasks.
Requirements:
- No prior experience required.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable in speaking Malayalam (required); English, Tamil, or Hindi are a plus.
- Interest in education counseling or student career guidance.
- Basic computer skills (Google Workspace or MS Office).
- Willingness to learn and grow within the education and EdTech industry.
