Position Title: Academic Coordinator cum Assistant to Academic Head
Location: Remote
Shift Timings: 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM IST (Strictly) with 30 min break

We are a fast-growing EdTech startup dedicated to delivering high-quality online educational services. As part of our expansion, we are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive Academic Coordinator cum Assistant to Academic Head to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and manage backend operations related to our online student portal.
- Monitor and support the internal chat system to ensure prompt communication between students and staff.
- Coordinate and assist multiple departments to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation across internal platforms.
- Manage digital resources and ensure structured organization of cloud-based files and drive links.
- Perform general administrative duties, including scheduling, task tracking, and sending timely reminders.
- Provide direct support to the management team on strategic and operational initiatives.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with cloud-based tools such as Google Drive.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with managing backend systems and digital platforms.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
- Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to task management.
- Prior experience with EdTech platforms or digital learning tools is an added advantage will be considered. (at least 3 months)
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be available full-time during the assigned shift (5:00 AM – 1:00 PM IST (30 in break).
- Demonstrated understanding of administrative workflows and backend processes.
- Prior experience in administrative coordination or backend support roles is preferred.
- A high level of accountability and commitment to deadlines.
Compensation Structure
Probation Period – 3 Months (Part-time)
- Time: 5:00 AM – 01:00 PM IST
- Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
Post-Probation – Full-Time Employment
- Time: 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM IST
- Salary: ₹15,000 per month
