We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Designer with a passion for commercial interior design. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for detail, innovative design ideas, and the ability to bring concepts to life through high-quality 3D visualizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed 3D models, renders, and walkthroughs for commercial interior projects.
- Work closely with the design and project teams to develop creative and functional concepts.
- Interpret client requirements and transform them into realistic 3D designs.
- Ensure design accuracy, proportion, and material specifications.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and software tools.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in 3D designing for commercial interiors.
- Proficiency in software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of space planning, color theory, and materials.
- Excellent visualization, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of construction drawings and detailing.
- Basic understanding of lighting and rendering techniques.
Salary: As per industry standards.
