- Position: 3D Architectural Visualizer
- Yrs. of Experience: 01- 05 years
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- 1. Working closely with visualization team to plan and visualize projects
- 2. Presenting and explaining visuals to colleagues and clients
- 3. Ensuring all ideas are represented as accurately and attractively as possible
- 4. Assisting with planning decisions
- 5. Creating both static visualizations and animations/CGI
- 6. Working with industry-standard design tools and programs
- 7. Visualizing buildings concepts in various graphic mediums
- 8. Keeping up-to-date with relevant software advances
- Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- - From 2 to 5 years of Experience
- - Excellent in 3D Studio MAX and Corona rendering
- - A background in photography.
- - Creative and technical skills.
- - Willingness to complete complex tasks.
- - Strong communication skills.
- - Ability to manage own workload and meet deadlines.
- - Artistic Flair.
- - An Eye for Details
