Overview :
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Business Systems Analyst with a strong background in Oracle ERP and deep functional knowledge in Supply Chain, Procurement, Bill of Materials (BOM), and SQL. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs with technical solutions by gathering requirements, optimizing processes, supporting Oracle ERP modules (Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, etc.), and delivering high-impact business system solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements related to Supply Chain, Procurement, and Manufacturing.
Lead and manage Oracle ERP functional modules (particularly Oracle Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, and Manufacturing) with strong integration knowledge across modules.
Support the design, development, testing, and implementation of Oracle ERP enhancements, interfaces, and configuration changes.
Analyze complex business problems and translate them into Oracle ERP solutions, with an emphasis on Bill of Materials, sourcing, and vendor management.
Develop and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures to support reporting, data validation, and integration with third-party tools.
Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance supply chain operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives using Oracle ERP capabilities.
Perform system configuration and testing of enhancements and bug fixes in Oracle ERP.
Create detailed documentation including functional specifications, test cases, process flows, training materials, and user manuals.
Provide support for Oracle ERP upgrades, patching, and system integration testing.
Mentor junior analysts and lead project initiatives as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Oracle ERP Functional Analyst.
Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle Cloud ERP, especially in Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, and/or Manufacturing modules.
Strong understanding of Supply Chain and Procurement processes, including demand planning, purchasing, sourcing, inventory management, and supplier collaboration.
Solid experience with Bill of Materials (BOM) configuration and maintenance.
Proficient in SQL for querying data, creating reports, and troubleshooting data-related issues.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global or enterprise-level environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead end-to-end system implementation or enhancement projects.
